Exchange Process:

Store Voucher: After we receive and inspect the product you've sent back, we will provide you with a store voucher. This voucher can be used to make a new purchase on our website.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Choice of Products: You may use the store voucher to purchase an item of the same value as the returned product or an item with a higher value by paying the difference.

Shipping of Exchanged Product: No charges will apply when we send the exchanged product back to you. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item.

Returns & Refunds FAQs

Ø How do I know if my product is eligible for a refund?

Please visit the page Exchange & Refund policy on our website and go to “Valid reasons to return an item” Section, to check if your product is eligible for a refund.

 

Ø How long do I have to initiate my request for a refund?

You can initiate your request for a refund within 7 days of delivery. For example: If you received your order on the 5th, then you have until the 12th to request a return.

 

Ø How do I pack my return parcel to make sure it arrives in adequate condition?

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Courier Company packaging, it must be returned in the same condition. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

Write your order number clearly with a permanent marker on the outside of the package.Include the original invoice inside the package you are sending back to us.

Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

 

Ø What if my return request was not accepted?

If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, Khareedo Shoes reserves the right to reject any request for a refund.

Note: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 5-15 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.

 

Ø Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?

·     Free Pick Up: If your product qualifies for a return based on our "Valid reasons to return an item" policy, we will arrange a free pick-up service for you. Our team will contact you to schedule a suitable time for the pick-up.

·      Shipping at Customer's Expense: If your return does not fall under our "Valid reasons to return an item" policy, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

No charges will apply when we send the exchanged product back to you. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item.
